Shipping and Delivery Information

Goods are shipped via DACHSER/FERCAM courier (www.fercam.com), as these are fragile items that must travel on pallets with corner protectors and shrink wrap, handled with pallet jacks.

Transport times therefore vary from 5-6 working days for Northern Italy up to 8-10 working days for Southern Italy and the Islands. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Production Times

Production times vary based on the quantity ordered and the type of printing chosen. On average, production times are approximately 10-15 working days from order confirmation and approval of the graphic proof.

Packaging

All our products are individually packed in white cardboard boxes and then placed in master cartons. The master cartons are then positioned on pallets, wrapped with shrink film and protected with cardboard corner pieces.
