How to Order

If you are interested in placing an order, first you need to create the print layout. Here is the procedure:

If you DON'T have a graphic department:

Tell us the chosen model and color.

Send us your vector logo saved as .eps or .ai.

For CMYK four-color printing, the file must be in .TIFF or .JPEG format, minimum 300 dpi.

Tell us the logo print position:

Left (logo visible when holding the mug with the left hand)

Center (logo visible on the opposite side from the handle)

Right (logo visible when holding the mug with the right hand)

Full surface (logo visible around the mug)

Indicate any extra prints (print on inner/outer bottom, inner print, etc.).

Tell us the Pantone Solid Coated print colors.

If you have a graphic department:

Request the print die-cut template for the mug you want to order.

The logo must be placed inside the grey area (Direct Print) or orange area (Ceramic Decal).

NEVER exceed the print area.
